Do You offer hire-purchase possibility?
We cooperate with LHV and Liisi leasing. You can buy devices with hire-purchase from 50€. For getting hire-purchase You need to submit a request to our partners (LHV or Liisi), and after a positive decision contact us. You do not even need to leave Your home to apply for the hire-purchase! More info on the hire-purchase page.

Do You buy-back the old devices?
We will buy-back the old devices if another device(s) are bought from us. The offer applies to both new and used devices purchase. For the exchange is necessary to come to our office with Your current devices (iPhone, Macbook, iPad, Apple Watch, iMac). Our technician will review the condition of the device and on this basis we offer buy-back price, which shall be deducted from the purchase price of the new devices. More info on the exchange page.

Do You also buy broken devices?
Yes, we do. Our technician will review the condition of the devices and on this basis we offer buy-back price. We will buy-back the broken device if another device(s) are bought from us. Offer for the faulty device purchase are considered on the amount needed for the repair. More info on the exchange page.

Are devices original?
Yes, all devices sold buy us are orginal and You can check the authenticity by the serial number.

Can I check devices before I buy them?
Of course. If You want to buy a device but not sure which one You want, You can to our office in Tallinn (Roo 4, 10611). If You like the device, You can buy it right away. Opening time Monday-Friday 9.30-19.00, Saturday 11.00-15.00 (on Sunday we are opened only if time is before arranged). Are pre-owned devices fully working?
All pre-owned products are fully tested before sale and have 3 months warranty from Mobipunkt (or factory warranty if it is still running).

How can I know in what condition pre-owned device is?
In very device description is marked its condition grade (A, B, C)
Grade A – device is like new, may have some small marks that is not noticeable (5-/5 on 5 point scale condition).
Grade B – device is in good condition, but may has some marks or little dents on bezel that is normal for used phone (4/4+ on 5 point scale condition).
Grade C – device is in used condition, got marks and dents, but no cracks (3+/4 on 5 point scale condition).

What will I get with used device?
All used devices come with USB cable and charger (iPhone, iPad). Also some devices have headphones and box (if device got them, it is marked in every device description).

I see a lot of new devices, but they are marked differently, “new, sealed”, “new, demo”. What does it mean?
New, sealed device
– item is brand new and unused. Box is also unopened (sealed). Warranty 12 months from purchase date.
New, demo device – item is new, but was 1-2 times turned on for demonstrating. Has no marks or dents. Factory warranty UP TO11 months or Mobipunkt 3 month warranty (which one lasts longer). Comes with USB cable and charger. Also some devices have headphones and box (if device got them, it is marked in every device description).
New, without box device – new and unused item. Factory warranty up to 11 months or Mobipunkt 3 month warranty (which one lasts longer). It is unused item that was replaced by Apple warranty. Comes with charger and USB.

Are items in stock and how long I need to wait to get them?
Most of our products are in stocks and with fast delivery via SmartPost. Also You can visit our store.

How long I need to wait items if I order them by post?
If ordered items are in stock, delivery time is 1-3 working days after we receive payment. For getting items faster You can always pick them up in our store.
If ordered items are in distributor stock, delivery time is 3-7 working days after we receive payment.
If ordered items are not in stock, we arrange delivery time with our client.

How can I buy items on Your website?
If Buyer is certain, that he/she wants to buy an item, the buyer can put it in the shopping basket and make the order. After making an order the buyer receive an invoice via e-mail and after paying it we start to deal with Your order. You can pay for items on pick up or pay for them via bank transfer and mark that You want to pick them up.

Buyer can choose between different ways of receiving items:
SmartPOST packing automats – price 2€, for orders over 50€ is postage free!
Pick them up (in our office in Tallinn) – FREE (You can also pay when pick the items up)

What devices You repair?

We repair all Apple iPhone, iPad and MacBook devices. More info on the repair page.

What problems do You repair?
We repair all Apple devices problems from dust removing to display exchange and motherboard repairs. More info on the repair page.

How long will take to get my device repaired and do I need to book a time for repair?

No, You do not need to book time for the repair. It is ok to come to our office on the opening hours or arrange a meeting with our worker in non-working hours (for example if You want to come in the evening or on the weekend). Also You can call our courier who will pick Your device in Tallinn up and brings it You back when device is repaired or send our broken device via SmartPOST all over Estonia.

For example iPhone display replacement takes only 30 minutes up to 2 hours. Our repair center is in our office, so we immediately start repairing Your device after receiving it. We give You a replacement iPhone for Your iPhone repairing time for free! More info on the repair page.

But if repaired problem still comes back?
We give 12 months warranty on our replaced details. Warranty dos not apply to mechanical faults repair, for example repair after dropping device on the ground or in the water. More info on the repair page.

Why I need to bring my device to You if I could fix it by myself?
You can not rely on cheap details bought from Internet and Your abilities. We place only high quality details, not cheap copies.

Our experience shows that repairing by Yourself can end in breaking some other detail or motherboard. After that the repair price will be much higher. More info on the repair page.

What can I do if my fault price is not shown in the price list?
Nearly all Apple faults can be repaired. If Your fault is not shown in the price-list, please contact us for information. More info on the repair page.
